International Personnel Academy
International Personnel Academy (IPA) is an international public organization founded in 1996 with the head-quarters in Kyiv. It unites near 2000 collective and individual members from many countries of Europe, Asia, Africa and America. IPA cooperates with European Universities Continuing Education Network (Brussels), European Association of International Education, European University Association, European Association of Institutions in Higher Education, representations of the UN and UNESCO, embassies and consulates accredited in Ukraine other authoritative organizations.
Major Tasks and Trends of Activity of IPA
- IPA is a representative of interests of multinational educational community.
- Elaboration and realization of effectual forms and methods of personnel policy, working out of scientific conceptions, approaches and models of organization of educational activity in accordance with international standards.
- Giving rise to the educational level of the nation, providing enterprises with qualified staff, scientific and general education of the citizens.
- Conferring scientific degrees and ranks according to international standards; founding academic awards and awarding, compiling ratings and promoting public institutional accreditation of educational establishments and international recognition of educational papers.
- Representation and protection of academic and professional interests of IPA members, overcoming monopoly in the educational sphere, creating open universities and training centers, publishing and scientific-research activity, etc.
