International public accreditation opens borders for national diplomas

International public institutional accreditation of higher educational establishments supported by the appropriate Certificate is carried out by the International Accreditation Bureau, which is an IPA collective member and registered in USA.

High rating educational institutions that have got the International public institutional accreditation status are put into IPA International list, information about which is sent to all national centres of academic recognition and mobility of European countries and also of Australia, Israel, Canada and USA. These higher educational institutions acquire the right of issuing education certificates, registered according to European Council / UNESCO Convention and recognized abroad.

There are more than 30 full members of the international education system-higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine and other countries, many
thousands of their graduates got diplomas, registered according to UNESCO conventions and recommendations.

Among these higher educational institutions there is Higher Business School - Institute of Economy and Management (Alchevsk, Ukraine), Institute of Economy, Management and Law (Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia), Higher Social-Economical School (Poland), Azerbaijan International University, Moldova International Independent University, Modern Knowledge Institute (Belarus), Chuysk University (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), University Hyperion (Bucharest, Romania), etc.
