The highest academic awards and honorary titles to the best IPA representatives

High awards and honorary titles are set up by the Academy to mark its members: the order For Development of Science and Education, Order of Honor, golden medals For Merits in Education, For Achievements in Science, For Effective Management and also titles: IPA Honorary Academician, IPA Honorary Doctor and IPA Honorary Professor.

Among the persons awarded the order For Development of Science and Education are the first President of Ukraine L. Kravchuk, President of Kyrgyzstan A. Akaev, President of Moldova P. Luchinsky, President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, President of Tatarstan M. Shaymiyev, Academy of Labour and Social Relations (Kyiv) and other famous state, political and public figures.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Ukraine Y. Dubinin, Deputy Minister of Education in Ukraine A. Bogomolov, President of Ukraine Academy of Pedagogical Sciences V. Kremen, Rector of Kyrgyzstan Cooperative Academy S. Zhekisheva, Rector of Azerbaijan International University E. Abdullayev, Rector of Institute of Modern Knowledge A. Shyrokov (Belarus), Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs in Ukraine N. Anufriyev, the Chairman of State Committee on development of business in Ukraine A. 	Order of Honor Order of Honor is the highest award of the International Public Organization International Personnel Academy. This decoration Academy confers to public organizations collectives, educational institutions, scientific-research and other establishments and enterprises, and also to the outstanding contemporary leaders for great achievements in various spheres of activity.
	Order For Development of Science and Education Order For Development of Science and Education is the decoration of Academy conferred to the leaders of the countries and governments, famous political and public functionaries, leaders of International organizations for personal contribution to development of science and education and strengthening of international cooperation in this sphere.
	Golden medal For Merits in Education Citizens of various countries are awarded with IPA golden medal For Merits in Education for their personal contribution and great achievements in the sphere of education, training and specialists qualification improvement in various fields of activity, for development and putting into practice new pedagogical conceptions and educational methods, preparing highly-qualified teachers, successful activity in education organization and management, development international cooperation in education sphere.
	Golden medal For Achievements in Science Citizens of various countries are awarded with IPA golden medal For Achievements in Science for personal contribution and great achievements in the field of science and engineering, development and propagating scientific and engineering knowledge, fruitful scientific activity in various fields of knowledge, development and successful implementing modern technologies, preparing highly-qualified scientists, successful organization and management in the sphere of science and engineering, development international cooperation in the field of science.
	Golden medal For Effective Management Citizens of various countries are awarded with IPA golden medal For Effective Management for personal contribution, high professionalism and great achievements in management and organization, creation of effective management mechanism.
	Title of IPA Honorary Academician Title of IPA Honorary Academician is conferred to famous state, political and public functionaries from various countries for their personal contribution to the development of democratic humanitarian policy, training of qualified specialists and fruitful scientific activity.
	Title of IPA Honorary Professor The Title of IPA Honorary Professor is conferred to citizens of various countries for their personal contribution to education and training of qualified specialists in various spheres of activity, development and implementation of modern training methods, successful activity in the sphere organization and management of education.
	Title of IPA Honorary Doctor Title of IPA Honorary Doctor is conferred to citizens of various countries for their personal contribution to the development of scientific and engineering knowledge, modern technologies, scientific conceptions and their implementation, pedagogical activity and for the strengthening of international cooperation in the sphere of science and education.
