Collective and Individual Members

IPA is an international consortium of profound higher educational Establishments

Academy carries out its international scientific-educational, organizing-methodical and advertising-informational activity together with its collective and individual members that set up a multi-national community.

IPA collective members are more than 100 authoritative educational establishments, scientific and public organizations, business structures rep­resenting Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cyprus, Great Britain, Holland, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, USA. Among them there is the greatest non-state higher educational establishment of Ukraine — Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management, Kishynev Theological Academy (Moldova), Kazakhstan National Technical University, Azerbaijan TYPEering-Building University, Institute of World Economy (Russia), Minsk Humanitarian and Economic Institute (Belarus), Agricultural Institute (Hungary), London Diplomatic Academy (Great Britain), International Open University (USA), etc.

IPA constantly keeps in touch with its collective members. Complex work on major trends of academician activity and joint actions for experience exchange have been done with their representatives.

For its collective members IPA accomplishes publishing activity, assists in the organization of probation-periods and employment in some countries of the world, compiles yearly ratings of higher educational establishments with publication of their results in mass media, sets up international awards and honorary academician titles in various spheres of activity, conducts conferences on problems of social and personnel policy, realizes legal defence of interests of organizations and citizens in the sphere of science, culture and education, supplies modern training-methodical literature on psychology, management, economics, business; organizes exhibitions on problems of education and management; places information about IPA members in the yearly Reference Book of IPA Personalities and Organizations free of charge, highlights their activity in Express-Information of IPA General Directorate.

IPA assists higher educational establishments — collective members:

  • in passing the international public institutional accreditation by these educational establishments that gives right of getting International Accreditation Certificate and of giving graduates higher educational diploma legalized according to UNESCO recommendations and conventions;
  • in preparing scientific-pedagogical staff of higher educational estab­lishments for searching scientific degrees of doctor of philosophy and doctor of sciences in two-year correspondent doctorate with giving a corre­sponding diploma;
  • in conferring scientific degrees on corresponding scientific specialities ( departments) on teachers and other workers of higher educational establishments;
  • in conferring academician titles of IPA corresponding members and full members (academicians) on the members of the staff.

Among IPA individual members there are more than 400 state and public functionaries, diplomats and politicians, scientists and teachers, managers and businessmen from Argentina, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, South Korea, USA and other states.

Among individual members there are Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine — N. Ibragimov (Azerbaijan), Zh. Sa-adanbekov (Kyrgyzstan), M. Chachava (Geor­gia), D. Due (Vietnam), V. Soni (India) and others, Director of American Peace Corpse J. Dutkewych, General Director of International Biographical Centre N. Law (Great Britain), researcher of Georgia University D. Durning (USA), professor of Texas University F. Terner (USA), director of London Diplomatic Academy N. Ajad (Great Britain), academician of Central European University S. Antohi (Hungary), pro­fessor of Geneva University V. Godzich (Switzerland), professor of California University (USA) and University of Konstantz (Germany) G. Iser Wolfgang and many others.
