IPA activity is boundless, it doesn't know any distances, racial, political and other obstacles

Practical realization of major aims and tasks of Academy activity is embodied in Its regular contacts with superior leaders and famous repre­sentatives of state, commercial, public and other Ukrainian and foreign structures.

In the course of 1998-1999 Academy delegations made business-trips to Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Great Britain, Holland, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Poland, Russia (Moscow, Tatarstan), Romania, USA.

Regular guests of the Academy are Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Argentina, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Canada, China, Cuba, Egypt, Georgia, India, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Yugoslavia and other states.

Academy has been widening its business contacts wHh politicians, state and public functionaries, representatives of business circles, outstanding scientists, militarymen, clergymen, leaders of various educational institu­tions and also with other officials of high rank in Ukraine and abroad.

Major trends of IPA activity are discussed during these meetings, perspective ways of cooperation in the sphere of educution, science and culture are worked out, agreements on cooperation In the mentioned spheres on long-term and mutually advantageous basis are made.

More than 20 agreements have been signed on the main trends of international cooperation with state, public and commercial organizations, in particular Memorandum on cooperation in scientific and educational spheres with the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan, agreements with University of Georgia and Pidmont College (USA), International Biographical Centre (Great Britain), Higher Social-Economic School (Poland) and also agreements on cooperation with authoritative organizations of Holland, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Romania and other states.
